تعلن شركة هيرتز في أربيل عن حاجتها إلى ممثل خدمة عملاء (ذكور) لإدارة عقود الإيجار واستلام وتسليم السيارات وخدمة الزبائن. تتطلب الوظيفة شهادة البكالوريوس مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء، وإتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

Location: Erbil, Iraq
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Hertz, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth rental experience.
المهام
- Your responsibilities will include managing rental contracts, handling vehicle check-ins and check-outs, assisting customers with their needs, and proactively promoting optional extras such as insurance and additional equipment.
المتطلبات
- Applicants must be current residents of Erbil.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a client-facing, target-driven environment.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic. English proficiency, both speaking and writing, is mandatory.
- Knowledge of other international languages is a significant advantage.
- Attitude: Professional, culturally open, customer-focused, and committed to adhering to international data privacy policies.
- We are looking for a professional and customer-focused individual who can communicate confidently, work in a target-driven environment, and represent the Hertz brand to a high standard.
