تبحث شركة هيرتز في دهوك عن ممثل خدمة عملاء (ذكور) لإدارة عقود التأجير واستلام وتسليم المركبات ومساعدة الزبائن. يتطلب المنصب شهادة بكالوريوس وخبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المبيعات أو التعامل مع العملاء، وإتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Hertz, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth rental experience.
المهام
- Your responsibilities will include managing rental contracts, handling vehicle check-ins and check-outs, assisting customers with their needs, and proactively promoting optional extras such as insurance and additional equipment.
المتطلبات
- Applicants must be current residents of Duhok.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a client-facing, target-driven environment.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic. English proficiency, both speaking and writing, is mandatory.
- Knowledge of other international languages is a significant advantage.
- Attitude: Professional, culturally open, customer-focused, and committed to adhering to international data privacy policies.
