The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for assisting customers, creating personal accounts, handling inquiries, and providing professional support to ensure customer satisfaction.

المهام
- Welcome customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Create personal accounts for customers.
- Submit customer inquiries through the designated ticketing system.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge to provide effective customer support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and reliable assistance.
- Answer customer phone calls and emails.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in customer support.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use computer software effectively, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
