تعلن شركة فَرَج للصناعات الطباعية في أربيل عن حاجتها إلى أخصائية خدمة عملاء لتولي الرد على استفسارات العملاء، وإدارة تذاكر الدعم، وتنسيق زيارات الصيانة لحلول الطباعة.
عن الوظيفة
Join Farage Printing Industries in Erbil and become the trusted voice of our customer service. You will make sure every client gets fast, professional support for their Xerox and other printing solutions.
المهام
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote sessions, handling inquiries, service requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Log, track, and prioritize all support requests in the ticketing/CRM system, ensuring each case is followed up until resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to field engineers or senior technical staff with clear, accurate case details, and keep customers updated on progress.
- Coordinate on-site service visits, schedule engineers, and confirm completion with customers.
- Monitor service performance and customer satisfaction, and prepare regular reports on tickets, response times, and recurring issues.
- Follow up on service contracts, meter readings, and consumables requests, in coordination with the sales and service teams.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve products and services.
- Collaborate closely with sales, service, and technical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
المتطلبات
- Proven experience in customer care, technical support, or a help desk role.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing or CRM systems is advantageous.
- Proficient in Arabic and Kurdish (spoken and written); English is a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with a calm, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
- Quick learner, self-motivated, and organized, with attention to detail.
- Team player with a professional and positive approach.
