تبحث شركة عقارات في البصرة عن أخصائيين اثنين في إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) بخبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات لإدارة بيانات العملاء ومتابعة الاستفسارات ودعم فريقي المبيعات والتسويق.

عن الوظيفة

A well-established real estate company in Basra is seeking two CRM Specialists to manage client relationships, maintain CRM data, and support sales and customer service teams.

المهام

Manage and update customer data within the CRM system
Track client interactions and follow up on leads and inquiries
Generate reports on customer engagement and CRM performance
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support client relationship strategies

المتطلبات

Any related educational background
Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM management or a related field
Fluency in Arabic
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Experience in the real estate sector
Familiarity with CRM software platforms
