MenaCalls Contact Center is expanding and looking for motivated CRM & Sales Representatives to join our growing team for an exciting Automotive Project.

المهام
- Manage customer relationships using CRM systems
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Promote automotive products and services to potential customers
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer records
- Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
المتطلبات
- Gender: Male
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or CRM roles is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced contact center environment
- Passion for sales and customer service
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic & Kurdish
- English Level: B2 or above
