mselect is seeking a Country Head for a retail client in Baghdad, Iraq. Candidates must have 12–18 years of relevant experience in technology-sector business management, sales leadership, channel distribution, or country operations, including at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large teams and business operations. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

The Country Head will lead the overall business operations in Iraq, driving strategic growth, sales performance, channel expansion, and profitability. The role will oversee market development, business planning, sales execution, and operational performance while strengthening relationships with key partners and customers. The position will provide cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment with regional business objectives and channel strategy, with a strong focus on increasing market share, operational effectiveness, and sustainable business growth.
