عن الوظيفة
AT Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Recovery Audit Team Lead on behalf of an oil and gas company in Kirkuk, to make sure our petroleum costs are properly recorded, supported and recovered under our contract with the Iraqi government.

المهام
- Lead a team auditing petroleum costs for recoverability under the service/development contract terms.
- Review contracts, invoices, allocations and supporting documents for compliance.
- Prepare for and manage audits by government bodies.
- Resolve audit findings and disputed costs and recommend control improvements.
- Prepare cost recovery statements, reconciliations and reports for management and partners.
- Train finance and operations teams on cost recovery rules.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven experience in audit, joint venture or petroleum accounting, with 3+ years leading a team.
- Strong knowledge of Iraqi oil and gas contracts (technical service / development and production contracts) and cost recovery mechanisms.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and report-writing skills.
- Fluent Kurdish or Arabic and English.
