تعلن شركة بهار القابضة عن حاجتها لمحاسب تكاليف بدوام كامل في السليمانية (عربت) لمراقبة تكاليف الإنتاج والمواد وإدارة تقييم المخزون وإعداد التقارير المالية. يشترط أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية ولديه خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في محاسبة التكاليف.

المهام

Monitor and analyze the cost of materials, production, and inventory.
Maintain accurate cost accounting records and ensure proper cost allocation.
Perform product and production cost calculations and analysis.
Monitor inventory movements, consumption, and valuation.
Review production costs and identify cost variances.
Prepare regular cost analysis and management reports.
Assist in monthly closing activities and ensure accurate accounting records.
Reconcile inventory and cost-related accounts.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities.
Analyze actual costs against budgets and standards and highlight significant variances.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Warehouse, Procurement, and Production teams regarding cost-related matters.
Maintain accurate and well-organized financial and costing documentation.
Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.

المتطلبات

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in Cost Accounting, Accounting, or a similar position.
Good knowledge of Cost Accounting principles and the Accounting Cycle.
Practical experience in material, production, and inventory costing.
Good understanding of inventory valuation and cost allocation.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Ability to prepare accurate financial and cost-related reports.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in manufacturing, production, FMCG, or a similar industry.
Experience working with ERP/accounting systems.
Knowledge of inventory and production accounting.
Good understanding of cost variance analysis and cost control.
