يبحث المصرف الأهلي العراقي (FIB) في بغداد عن موظف دعم الأنظمة المصرفية الأساسية للإشراف على تشغيل وتحديث واستكشاف أخطاء التطبيقات والأنظمة المصرفية. يشترط الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو علوم الحاسوب أو هندسة البرمجيات مع خبرة عملية في دعم التطبيقات أو الأنظمة المصرفية.

المهام

  • Support and operate core and supporting banking systems and applications, ensuring their availability and stability, and handling incidents, service requests, and changes in coordination with technical teams and vendors.
  • Monitor core and supporting banking systems and verify their daily availability and performance.
  • Receive, analyze, and resolve application-related incidents and service requests within the agreed SLA.
  • Escalate complex issues to development teams or vendors and follow up until closure.
  • Support daily operations, scheduled jobs, interfaces, and system integrations.
  • Implement approved changes and releases and support testing before and after production deployment.
  • Support UAT and verify the results of fixes and updates before deployment to production.
  • Monitor application logs and errors and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
  • Coordinate with database, infrastructure, network, and security teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Update operational documentation, configurations, known solutions, and the knowledge base.
  • Prepare reports on system availability, incidents, changes, and open issues.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous Experience:
  • Relevant experience in application support or banking systems, preferably with experience in Core Banking and financial systems.
  • Other Skills:
  • Application support, Core Banking, basic SQL, APIs and integration, ITSM, incident and change management, UAT, and documentation.
