تبحث سبينيس العراق في بغداد عن مدير فئات يتمتع بخبرة تتراوح بين 3 إلى 5 سنوات في إدارة الفئات أو مشتريات التجزئة للإشراف على أقسام الأغذية وغير الأغذية والتسعير والمفاوضات مع الموردين.

عن الوظيفة

Drive sales, margins, and category growth for Food and Non-Food sections. Lead supplier negotiations, pricing, range architecture, and promotional strategies to optimize floor performance and customer satisfaction.

المهام

Manage overall P&L (sales, gross margin, supplier rebates, and inventory turnover).
Build and negotiate commercial agreements with local and international suppliers.
Plan product range (assortment architecture), introducing new SKUs and phasing out slow movers.
Develop pricing strategies, promotional calendars, and flyer offers to maximize ROI.
Partner with supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize wastage/out-of-stock rates.
Collaborate with store teams on floor space allocation and planograms.

المتطلبات

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Category Management/Buying within retail hypermarkets or supermarkets.
Strong negotiation skills and solid retail finance acumen (P&L, margin calculations, stock analysis).
Proficiency in Retail ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/JDA) and MS Excel.
