تعلن شركة جيهان موتورز عن حاجتها إلى أمين صندوق في السليمانية لإدارة المعاملات النقدية والفواتير والقيود 6 أيام في الأسبوع. يتطلب التقديم الحصول على شهادة بكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة وإتقان اللغات الكردية والإنجليزية والعربية.

أوقات العمل

8 Working Hours- 6 Days per week (Saturday-Thursday)

المهام

Review preforms invoices and raises invoices on the Auto-line system, based on the transaction of their respective department (Accurately – 100%).
Posting all the cash receipts and payments, debit notes and credit notes on the system.
Submitting the daily cash register to the authorized official in the branch and submit the summary to HQ.
Conduct cash transactions, strictly and only, based on the documented approval from authorized authority (as per HQ finance head guidelines).
Follow all instructions, messages and guidelines from the higher authorities, and management.
Follow all safety regulations, confidentiality guidelines, office timings, procedures, dress-codes and behavioral standards.

المتطلبات

Proficiency in Kurdish and English, and Arabic language (Spoken and Written).
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Related job and internship experience.
Proficient in inventory systems, record keeping and details recording.
Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of attention to detail.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good organization skills.
Flexibility in duty time.
Strong reporting skills.
