المهام
- Conduct regular on-site visits to businesses that have acquired Point of Sale (POS) systems from the bank.
- Ensure that business owners and staff are knowledgeable about the functionalities and features of the POS systems provided by the bank.
- Conduct training sessions to educate users on proper POS usage, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.
- Identify and address any technical issues, malfunctions, or abnormalities in the POS systems.
- Verify the accuracy and efficiency of transactions processed through the POS devices.
- Ensure that businesses are utilizing the POS systems effectively for seamless and secure transactions.
- Act as a point of contact for businesses requiring assistance with POS-related issues.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve any problems promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of site visits, including observations, recommendations, and issue resolutions.
- Prepare reports summarizing the overall quality status of POS systems across various locations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with business owners and staff to ensure ongoing satisfaction with the bank's POS services.
- Gather feedback from businesses regarding their experiences with the POS systems and any additional features or support they may require
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Arabic (English is a plus).
