تبحث مجموعة هارلم في أربيل عن مدير لقطع غيار السيارات للإشراف على عمليات قطع الغيار والمخزون والتوزيع عبر فروع أربيل وبغداد. يتطلب المنصب شهادة بكالوريوس ذات صلة، وخبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة قطع الغيار، مع الاستعداد للسفر المنتظم إلى بغداد.

عن الوظيفة

The Parts Manager is responsible for managing the Group’s spare parts operations, ensuring proper availability, sales, inventory control, and efficient distribution across Erbil and Baghdad branches.

المهام

Manage daily parts operations, stock levels, and availability.
Monitor parts purchasing, receiving, issuing, and transfers.
Ensure accurate inventory records and minimize shortages/overstock.
Coordinate with Aftersales, Service, Sales, and Finance teams.
Monitor parts sales, targets, pricing, and profitability.
Supervise and support the Parts team.
Prepare regular reports on stock, sales, and performance.
Regularly visit and coordinate with the Baghdad branch to ensure operational consistency.

المتطلبات

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Automotive, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in spare parts management, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of inventory and parts operations.
Good MS Excel and reporting skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Erbil and Baghdad.
