تبحث شركة FastPay عن مشرف مبيعات المنطقة في دهوك للإشراف على مندوبي المبيعات وإدارة شبكة الوكلاء وتحقيق أهداف المعاملات والنمو المالي والخدمي.
المهام
- Achieve monthly and MTD targets.
- Increase wallet registrations.
- Increase FastPay balance top-ups.
- Achieve new dealer/agent onboarding targets.
- Ensure full dealer coverage within assigned areas.
- Maintain dealer satisfaction.
- Ensure float availability (no agent without sufficient balance).
- Drive transaction growth.
- Supervise SRs.
- Conduct daily morning briefings.
- Monitor attendance and discipline.
- Control and monitor POS distribution.
- Coordinate closely with Admin Sales and Head Office.
- Prevent fraud and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Maintain proper communication with Head Office.
- Monitor active agents and dealer performance.
- Support new agent onboarding processes.
- Follow up on inactive or low-performing agents.
- Conduct regular field visits.
المتطلبات
- Gender: Male.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, distribution, fintech, telecom, retail, or agent/dealer network management.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop Sales Representatives.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Good understanding of digital payment services, agent/dealer operations, and electronic distribution channels.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to monitor KPIs and take corrective actions.
- Ability to monitor compliance, KYC requirements, company policies, and fraud prevention measures.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
- Willingness to conduct frequent field visits and travel within assigned areas.
- Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic is required, English language skills are an advantage.
