عن الوظيفة
We are looking for a talented Architectural Visualization Specialist / Architect with a strong architectural background and advanced skills in 3D modeling, photorealistic rendering, architectural photography, and drone photography.
The successful candidate will create high-quality visual content for architectural projects, including interior and exterior renders, aerial photography, and professional presentation materials.
المهام
- Produce photorealistic interior and exterior renders for residential, commercial, hospitality, and landscape projects.
- Develop 3D models and visualization scenes based on architectural drawings and design concepts.
- Create aerial and drone photography for architectural sites and completed projects.
- Operate professional drones safely and capture high-quality aerial images.
- Post-process and enhance renders and photographs using professional editing software.
- Ensure accurate architectural proportions, materials, lighting, landscaping, and surrounding context.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and project managers.
- Prepare professional presentations, multiple camera angles, and visualization options.
- Organize 3D models, textures, materials, render files, and project libraries.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in architectural visualization and rendering.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, construction, materials, and spatial relationships.
- Advanced skills in 3D visualization and rendering.
- Ability to interpret architectural plans, elevations, sections, and technical drawings.
- Professional drone photography or videography experience is highly preferred.

- After Effects / Premiere Pro — an advantage
- Professional drone equipment and flight-planning software
- Applicants must submit a professional portfolio demonstrating, where available:
- High-quality exterior and interior renders
- 3D modeling and visualization projects
- Architectural animations or walkthroughs
- Before-and-after visualization work
- Architectural and aerial/drone photography
- Portfolio quality, realism, composition, and architectural accuracy will be key factors in the selection process.
