تبحث وكالة ميسوبو في أربيل عن مشغّل منصة التطبيق بدوام كامل وحضوري لإشراك وتدريب ودعم البائعين على المنصة. يشترط إتقان اللغتين الكردية والعربية، وامتلاك معرفة أساسية بالتجارة الإلكترونية، ورخصة قيادة وسيارة خاصة.

عن الوظيفة

Department: Operations

We are looking for an Application Marketplace Operator to help onboard and support sellers on our platform.

You will be the main point of contact between the marketplace and its sellers. You will visit sellers at their businesses, explain how the application works, demonstrate the seller dashboard and its tools, and help them understand how joining the marketplace can increase their online presence and sales while complementing their existing business.

You will also assist sellers with product data entry, marketplace operations, reporting, and ongoing support. A good understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces such as Amazon, iBazar, Miswag, or similar platforms is highly preferred.

المهام

Visit sellers and onboard them to the marketplace platform.
Explain the platform and demonstrate the seller dashboard.
Train sellers on products, orders, sales, reports, traffic, and other platform features.
Explain how the platform complements their existing sales channels.
Help sellers understand their sales, traffic, views, and performance data.
Train sellers on the system’s ERP tools, including cashier, accounting, invoices, inventory, HR, and related features.
Enter and organize seller product data.
Assist sellers with product listings and updates.
Provide ongoing seller and customer support.
Follow up with sellers and help resolve operational issues.
Collect seller feedback and communicate it to the marketplace team.

المتطلبات

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional personality.
Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces.
Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, iBazar, Miswag, or similar.
Comfortable visiting and training businesses and business owners.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Kurdish and Arabic are required; English is a plus.
Must have a valid driver’s licence and own a car.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sellers.
