يعلن مصرف العراق الأول عن حاجته إلى مسؤول تكامل واجهات برمجة التطبيقات في بغداد ليكون نقطة الاتصال التقنية الرئيسية لدمج الخدمات المصرفية الرقمية وبوابات الدفع. تتطلب الوظيفة شهادة بكالوريوس في مجال تقني، وخبرة من 0 إلى سنتين، ومعرفة بـ REST APIs وJSON، وإتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

عن الوظيفة

The API Integration Officer is the main technical contact for merchants, partners, and internal teams integrating with First Iraqi Bank's API products and digital banking services.

The role owns the full integration lifecycle: onboarding, sandbox testing, pre-production validation, credential issuance, go-live, and post-production support.

Products covered include Online Payments ("Pay with FIB"), the XPI card Payment Gateway, Subscriptions, Payouts, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Mini Apps.

The officer makes sure every integration is secure, compliant, and meets FIB's technical standards before it is released to end users.

المهام

  • Ensure API integration activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines and service levels.
  • Ensure all integration activities comply with FIB security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Deliver high-quality technical support and maintain excellent service standards for clients and partners.
  • Recommend improvements to integration processes, documentation, and technical support practices.
  • Identify integration risks, escalate issues promptly, and support mitigation activities.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date integration documentation, procedures, and technical records.
  • Assist clients and partners in integrating FIB APIs including payment services, wallets, cards, and other banking solutions.
  • Analyze client technical requirements and provide appropriate API integration solutions and recommendations.
  • Support clients during testing phases and ensure successful execution of integration test cases.
  • Investigate API errors, review requests and responses, analyze logs, and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients regarding API usage, authentication, security, and best practices.
  • Ensure API authentication methods, access controls, and security requirements are implemented correctly.
  • Represent the API integration function during client meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods and status code.
  • Both Arabic and English is required
