تبحث شركة جيهان موتورز عن مسؤول قسم ما بعد البيع (ODM Executive) في أربيل لمتابعة عقود العملاء ودعم الفروع وجمع الملاحظات وتحديد الفرص التجارية. يشترط أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة ويجيد الكردية والإنجليزية والعربية.

أوقات العمل

8 Working Hours- 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu)

المهام

Follow-up on Existing Customer Contracts
Follow-up on New Customer Contracts
Handling New Customer Inquiries (Tender or Email)
Administrative Support for Duhok and Sulaymaniah Branches
Administrative Support for Active Contract Customers
Monthly Activity Reporting to TIQ
Collation of VOC and Feedback from Existing Customers
Identify new customers and new business opportunities
Internal National Skill Contest activities

المتطلبات

Proficiency in Kurdish and English, and Arabic language (Spoken and Written).
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Related job and internship experience.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel, and to has a background in google sheets..
Good organization skills.
Ability to work under pressure & austere Conditions.
