تعلن منظمة مندالباريز في السليمانية عن حاجتها إلى مدير محاسبة للإشراف على العمليات المالية وإدارة فريق المحاسبة وضمان الامتثال المالي. تتطلب الوظيفة خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في المحاسبة وإتقان اللغات الكردية والعربية والإنجليزية.
عن الوظيفة
Mindalparez is an independent, non-governmental organization dedicated to children. It was established in 1991 by Mrs. Hero Ibrahim Ahmed and a group of volunteer staff. It is a non-political, non-governmental, non-religious, and non-profit organization that provides assistance regardless of race, gender, religious, or political affiliations. It works to secure a better future for children and youth by developing their capabilities without discrimination, as well as advocating, providing, and strengthening services in the fields of child rights protection, health, and education.
المهام
- Supervise and monitor incoming and outgoing correspondence/items of the organization's premises and assets.
- Prepare annual reports and any other reports related to the finance department.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable tasks and ensure accuracy in the payroll process.
- Prepare monthly reports for the management.
- Supervise the finance team; lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff, ensure efficient task execution, evaluate performance, and promote professional growth.
- Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the finance department.
- Monitor the organization's compliance with applicable accounting laws and regulations in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial regulations, tax laws, and organizational policies; coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely compliance.
- Monitor and control project implementation budgets in coordination with supervisors and offices.
- Implement accounting and procurement guidelines.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting (having experience as a Finance Manager/Chief Accountant is preferred).
- Good knowledge of Iraqi accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and strong skills in using (Microsoft Office).
- Previous experience working with the Unified Accounting System (نظام محاسبي موحد).
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Excellent command of Kurdish, Arabic, and English languages (speaking, writing, and reading).
