تعلن مجموعة RSCC Group عن حاجتها إلى محاسب للعمل الحضوري في بغداد لإدارة نفقات المشاريع والمعدات والمخزون وسجلات الرواتب باستخدام نظام Odoo ERP. يتطلب الدور خبرة محاسبية ذات صلة أو شهادة بكالوريوس، مع إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or related field, or Minimum 3 years of relevant experience instead of the degree
- Strong analytical & communication skills in Arabic and English, and computer skills.
- Practical experience using Odoo/Accounting System ERP, particularly for accounting, expenses, inventory, and project-related transactions.
- Ability to accurately enter, review, and maintain financial and project data using Odoo/Accounting System.
- Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
- Ethical behavior.
- Attention to detail.
المهام
- Comply with all company procedures, guidelines, and financial policies.
- Enter daily project expenses in accordance with project cost codes and maintain accurate records in Odoo/Accounting System.
- Record and monitor site manpower, equipment, and material costs using Odoo/Accounting System and other relevant financial records.
- Document workers’ attendance and provide accurate payroll data to the Site Manager.
- Oversee the receipt, issuance, transfer, and release of site equipment, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded in Odoo/Accounting System.
- Review and assess warehouse stocks and reconcile physical inventory with Odoo/Accounting System inventory records.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, purchases, inventory movements, and other financial transactions in Odoo/Accounting System.
- Ensure project costs are correctly allocated to the appropriate cost codes/projects in Odoo/Accounting System.
- Prepare and present daily financial, expense, inventory, and project cost reports to the direct supervisor.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and assist in maintaining accurate accounts receivable records in Odoo/Accounting System.
