تعلن شركة زوم ديري عن حاجتها لمحاسب في أربيل لإدارة المعاملات النقدية، ومطابقة الحسابات، وحفظ السجلات المالية وتقديم التقارير. يتطلب المنصب شهادة جامعية في المحاسبة أو المالية، وخبرة من سنة إلى سنتين، وإتقان اللغات الإنجليزية والعربية والكردية.

عن الوظيفة

Zom Dairy is looking for a capable Accountant to join its team in Erbil. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, processing financial data, and supporting compliance with financial policies and accounting standards.

المهام

  • Receive and process cash transactions from various sources, including sales, reimbursements, and petty cash.
  • Maintain an accurate and secure cash drawer.
  • Reconcile cash transactions at the end of each shift or day.
  • Enter financial data into relevant systems, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • File and archive financial documents in accordance with company policies.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices, bills, and payment requests.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Generate and provide routine reports on cash transactions and data-entry activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues related to cash transactions and data entry.

المتطلبات

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Finance qualification such as CA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role and industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting software.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local accounting rules in Iraq.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse team in terms of skill sets and culture.
  • Proven knowledge of advanced process analysis techniques and auditing standards and procedures.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
